Tibetans affirm she was born from a tear of Avalokiteshvara, who wept tears of compassion when he saw the dreadful misery of being imprisoned in lower realms. The present demonstration of green Tara broadcast absolutely in Buddhism in about the 7th century CE. Tara entrusts people with their deepest heartfelt sentiments.
