• Designed and produced exclusively by The Catholic Company

This delightful card presents a fantastic way to congratulate a young Catholic who has just made their First Reconciliation. The front features the Act of Contrition prayer, which expresses sorrow for our sins and pleads God for His mercy, while the inside features a brief message along with plenty of space for a personal note. Send your love and congratulations on this special day.

The Act of Contrition reads:Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishments, but most of all, because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to sin no more, and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.

The inside of the card reads: As you prepare your heart to receive God's love and forgiveness, remember that God is love. He is always ready to forgive you. May God bless you as you receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time.
