About Out Tingsha

This Tibetan Tingshas is a pair of hand-crafted bronze cymbals used for sound healing and meditation. When hit together, the cymbals generate a clear, resonant sound since they are composed of a high-quality bronze alloy. Tingshas are historically employed in Tibetan Buddhism, but anybody who wishes to benefit from the therapeutic power of sound can use them.

Introduction to Tingsha
