Description:

• Madonna & Child Figure
• Inspired by L'Innocence painting
• Soft, neutral coloring
• Lovely and serene

This Madonna and Child statue is based on the popular "L'Innocence" painting by William-Adolphe Bougereau. He followed the classical style of 16th century painters such as Raphael, and painted for a number of Catholic churches throughout the latter 1800s.

Here, the Virgin Mary cradles the Christ Child as well as a little lamb, symbolic of His future sacrifice.

Our lovely resin statue is lovely, feminine, and maternal, beautifully conveying the affection between Mother and Child. Suitable for any place in your home or office...or even baby's room!

Makes a great gift for mothers.
